Putrid Smelling and Didn't Work for Me

I've smelled many attractants but this stuff smells friggin' rankamundo! I also didn't catch a single fish with it. It appeared to stay nicely on the hook/bait but it just didn't seem to work. Using fresh garlic cloves rubbed onto the hook/bait caught 40 fish so yeah, I was catching. It's plausible that I didn't give it enough of a chance, hence, the neutral rating.
