Snowblower cabin

It was a little challenging to put together. The product was used and returned. The cabin had footprints and there were pieces missing and scratched on the nuts and bolts. The wind was blowing it off. We are looking forward to some positive experiences - a snowy day without wind;)

Manufactured wrong.

The bracket that holds up the cab and keeps it from tilting is too big. It was manufactured wrong. It’s a known problem because they have a fix for it, which is a chintzy rubber strip to fill in the gap in the bracket. The fix didn’t work, so the cab still acts like it is on a hinge. It either rests on my head or on the blower. I contacted them about sending the actual properly manufactured parts, and 10 days later I’ve still heard nothing. It’s manufactured wrong. Quality control didn’t catch it. They sent out an improperly manufactured product to customers, and are refusing to fix the issue. Unless they fixed the issue, yours will be flawed as well and they will ignore the issue.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: Is plastic window creased and hard to see through, does snow stick to window and does it fog up inside, these are cons I've seen on other cabs

A: I have never had any problems with the window in mione. Occasionally the snow will stick a bit but most times it remails clear but sometimes it will fog up on the inside but not enough to hamper using it.

Q: Canadian Tire website has pictures has 2 different styles. One has zippers and window panels on the front and the other has a full frontal window. Which one is in the package?

A: The original one was Atlas MTD. Canadian Tire replaced this product with an inferior way cheaper one but didn't update website. They are leaving the good reviews up for the old MTD one. This is borderline fraudulent.

A: If stored out of the elements it won't fade. Avoid storing in sunlight as UV usually breaks down plastic.
