Q: Does the light on the top always have to be on or is there an option to turn it off? I don't see the point in having light that would use up more energy, plus it would be distracting at night.

Broke Right Away

Bought this heater to replace a defective heater from a different manufacturer. It worked fine for a couple of hours and without warning it stopped working. Going back tomorrow! More time wasted!!!

Je l'ai achetè en février 2024 et en décembre 2024, ça ne fonctionnait plus. Je l'utilisais la nuit, en hiver seulement, car c'était mon seul moyen de chauffage pour cette pièce. Oui, le chauffage était de la pièce étant quand même rapide, mais n'a durer qu'une demi année. En plus, ce n'est pas la chaufrette la plus silencieuse que j'ai entendu. J'ai beaucoup eu de mal à m'y habituer au début.

Disappointing

Very small heater. OK for small area, but will not heat 250 sq. ft. as advertised. Description photo shows heater used in a bathroom, but instructions say NOT for use in bathrooms, laundry areas & similar locations. I really just wanted a heater, not an air cleaner & a light show. You need to press a button several times to shut off the lights. If you move the heater, it shuts off. Great safety feature, but a nuisance for those without children or pets. The good news is that Canadian Tire has a 1-year exchange warranty redeemable at any Canadian Tire store.
