Cat hates this with a passion

My wife accidentally grabbed this product instead of the one we usually get because the packaging looks too similar. Unfortunately for us, this one is scented in a way our cat doesn't like (she's very picky about both smell and texture). This has been a very expensive mistake because our cat hates this enough that she started peeing everywhere in the house except the litterbox in protest until we realized she hates this one and quickly went to buy the correct one to placate her. We will be switching her to a different brand in the future to avoid nearly identical looking boxes that have different formulas in the future. Please rethink your packaging designs for people with eyesight challenges, A&H!

Very Inconsistent - Recently

I have been using slide litter since I discovered it a few years ago, and it has been wonderful. I never had any issues with the product. But, during the past 6 months or so, it has been very inconsistent. I buy 3 boxes at a time and I have had all 3 of them different colors, some really light, some really dark. One time a box actually chunks of something in it that looked like feces. It also does not seem to be clumping as well as it has in the past, it falls apart. I do not know what is going on with the product, but if they changed the formula, they need to go back to the previous one.

Q: Is this truly unscented/fragrance free? Also, is there a handle on top of box, or holes on sides for carrying? Thanks.

A: The scent depends on the variety you buy. The boxes all have nice sturdy handles on the top though, so they're easy to carry. I would mainly recommend the Slide variety, as it is the nearest to dust-free that I've come across, clumps excellently and controls odour without having a strong scent of its own.
