Impossible packaging

I used a single star hoping to bring attention to the company. The product has worked well for us for many years but YOU HAVE GOT TO REDESIGN THE PACKAGING. It is impossible to access the spout. I have thrown away boxes because I am unable to open them.

No, I do not recommend this product.

No dust is great

The amount of dust generated by kitty litter was getting to be very annoying. We found this product, 99% dust free, and it is. Sure cuts down on the amount of time spent cleaning and dusting. Definitely our go-to brand for kitty litter.

Q: My cats hate anything but fine grained litter on sensitive paws Is this thicker grained. Box totally sealing, unable to see the texture so won't buy unless I know

Q: Does anyone find the value size clump and seal different than the 12.7 size? A bit darker, seems to stick to the bottom a slight bit, tracks a little more, leaves small little pieces (rice grain size) and a tad more dusty. Still great but why?
