There is a reason these were on sale. Poor quality in the tow strap assembly on rear. Straps are not centered. Top and bottom straps don't line up. Almost 10" difference. Comfy ride when towed from front. Had everyone from 2-82 years old try it out.

Beast of a tube!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Talk about a beast of a tube! We have four kids and we felt it would be double the fun to get a tube that fits them all at the same time. When I was a kid, we only had a one-rider, so everyone had to take turns, not anymore! It doesn’t matter if we go slow or fast, they are always having a blast. The only question I get from them is when we leave the lake: “when are we going back?” We made the investment in this one because our plan is to use it throughout their childhood and hopefully someday far away in the future if we have grandkids we can keep using it as well.
Yes, I recommend this product.

We have had our tube for 5 years and it has been awesome. We had to replace the back bladder once but not tubes fault, it was caused by adults trying to hold on too hard. We have had many great hours with this tube and hope to have many more.

BEST TUBE EVER: STABLE EVEN IN HEAVY WAVES, BUT THIS THING REALLY FLIES!

Third season we've had one of these (second tube). Hands down the favorite tube for young kids, teens and adults. Incredibly stable (lands with everyone onboard) even when whipping at high speed and airborne! Surprising that a tube so large can also be the most active and fun to ride - yet seems to only flip when someone actually wants it to. We've purchased two - as the first one tore in its second season of use (but was being handled very roughly by a group of older teen boys - I was surprised it lasted as long as it did). Unfortunately, the second one (it;s second season) has an upper bladder that just failed. Patched it but apparently we can't buy a replacement bladder. I would definitely buy another one of these - would have given it 5 stars if we could get replacement bladders.

A: The general rule is around 1.5 psi for nylon covered tubes. The towable should be firm but not rigid.

Q: can i buy just the outer one. Heavy duty nylon sheath with zipper and foam inserts because the one i currently have has been damaged. how much is ?

A: Search the site for part 53-2218-C by clicking the search button on the top of the screen. There you will see the current price. If it shows that we are out of stock, please call our customer service team. The website automatically shows that we are out of stock when the inventory drops below 10 units so that we don't accidentally oversell. We may still have some available!

Q: What is the warranty on your tubes from seams popping? Replacement warranty if seams pop? What is the difference between the great big mable HD and the great big mable? Do you ship to Canada?

A: All of our towables come with a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase. The HD series has a thicker PVC bladder that is designed for heavier duty use. We do ship to Canada through UPS.
