Not a Large/XL

The size says Large/XL, maybe in young women’s fashion sizes, but not for men who wear this size regularly and not wearing it over thick clothing. It thankfully fits me fine and is probably the reason it was on sale.

Not what I had hoped for!

“One size fits all” depends on how you define “fit”. It probably would fit a very small person but not an adult. As a safety vest, it should fit over normal outside clothing; true, it can be made to cover the shoulders and just the upper part of the chest but it is ridiculously short, uncomfortable, and the closure is barely adequate, even for minimal arm movement. The colour and reflective tape certainly make the wearer visibly but the item is not a fit for all!
