A: Step stools don’t have a regulatory requirement, other than a standard should be met. Typically, an ANSI rating or CSA standard. The 3-Step Slim Step Stool is ANSI Type II certified, duty rating of 225lbs.

Love this Step Stool

I love this Step Stool. Our kitchen was renovated, with cupboards extending all the way up to the ceiling. This step stool is very sturdy and allows me to access all of our cupboards. The rubberized covers on all the 'feet' don't let me skid or slip. It folds up nicely for storage.
