If your dwelling is higher than three (3) stories and no elevator is available to transport the equipment to the desired installation location, an additional charge may apply to deliver and/or remove the product.
If there is not sufficient space free from clutter where the exercise equipment is to be assembled/installed. The price will be determined by the amount of time it takes to clean up the area and complete the work. You will be asked if you want to accept the additional charges and can cancel the Agreement if you do not. To avoid additional charges, ensure the area where the exercise equipment is being assembled/installed is free from clutter.
If the Installation Location is more than 50 km away from a Canadian Tire store, an additional charge may apply.
Things to consider
You are responsible for understanding and confirming compliance with any applicable building code requirements, local zoning bylaws, other applicable laws, rules and regulations which may regulate and restrict the location and size of the exercise equipment or that may be in place by the property owner, property management and/or condominium board for the property when installing your exercise equipment. You are also responsible for obtaining any and all required permits.
We are not responsible for the cost involved in moving or removing your equipment if you have selected the wrong model, location, or if it is not permitted in the location you selected.
The preceding assembly/installation prices are determined by the size, type, complexity, materials and time required to safely assemble and install your exercise equipment.
Manufacturers do not recommend using an extension cord for electrical exercise equipment. You are responsible for ensuring there is a power outlet within reach of where the exercise equipment will be installed (where applicable). Our Authorized Installers will not move or install a power outlet.
