Missing Parts

I bought this C700 treadmill and got it shipped by Dec 2021. We tried assembling the instrument this week on holidays and could see missing parts and not able to proceed the installation further. Frustrated, as was planning for a long time to complete the installation and start using the device during the holidays season. Spoke to CT and also Sent a mail to customer care requesting missing parts as they are not available for call during holidays. Now i need to wait till i receive a response and till i get the missing parts. Went through lot of hassles to buy ship and assemble and now finding out the missing pieces is frustrating as not able to utilize in holidays. Worried if by any chance if this a defective piece. Brought this with lot of expectation. Waiting to have the issue resolved ,resume installation and see how the instrument responds.
