We have the best spring trampolines for kids – and grownups

Spring trampolines

Classic trampolines with springs offer great value, have good strong padding and give you optimal bounce right in the centre of the mat. If you’re concerned about the safety of the springs, look for a model that has an enclosure on the inside of the springs, preventing any contact.

Composite or fiberglass rod trampolines

Trampolines made with composite or fiberglass rods, sometimes called Leaf springs, are considered premium models, because they do not have contact zones with springs or the frame, and they have a more stylish appearance.

Enclosures

Enclosures come with most trampolines and provide a safety net to prevent jumpers from falling off. They’re made of a variety of materials. On premium models, they’re generally stronger and have additional cushioning for comfort.

Size

Choose a trampoline that will fit your space

How much space do you have?

Backyard trampoline diameters range in size from about 6 feet up to 17 feet. They also require about 4 feet of lateral clearance, so make sure you choose one that will fit in your space and that there aren’t any trees obstructing the area.

Budget

Pick a trampoline with net for extra safety

What's your budget?

Depending on the bounce system and features you’re looking for, the price range for trampolines can vary. The most important feature to look for is an enclosure that prevents anyone from falling off.

Weight

Find a trampoline that will support your weight

What’s your maximum weight requirement?

Most trampolines are constructed to support jumpers of about 200-250lbs, but some premium models can handle up to 300lbs or more. Keep in mind that all trampolines recommend only one user at a time for maximum safety.
