- We ship most orders placed by 7 pm EST within three business days of order receipt
- Additional shipping time may be required during holiday seasons

- Orders are typically delivered Monday to Friday between 8 am and 5 pm

Tracking Your Order
Before we ship your order, we assign a Tracking Number to each parcel of the shipment. The Tracking Numbers and the name of the delivery service provider appear on the Shipment Confirmation, which we email to you at time of shipping. This will allow you to track the shipment yourself on the delivery service provider's website.
Changing Your Order
If you would like to change your order, call Customer Service toll-free at 1-866-746-7287. Please have your order number ready when you place your call. Do not email us with a request, as emails may not be processed in sufficient time to effect a change to an order during high volume periods. Gift Cards sales are final. They are non-returnable and non-refundable.
