Why it is called a "shop vac" I'll never know. I use this vac every day.When purchasing a vacuum,you need to consider 2 things,volume and power rating,This vac has them both Large capacity and power,and is still light weight.

Love It!
I needed a solution to clean up a interlock patio that was covered in dirt and full of weeds. I sprayed the patio down with the hose and with this Shop-Vac I was able to suck up all the dirt and surprising all of the weeds.
Looking forward to see how well the Leaf Blower part works in the fall.
Highly recommended!

Gets the job done.
Purchased this vac to replace an old one that quit after many years of use.
This vac does not have the best suction. It does work, but could use more power.
It is noisey, and the tools and hose are of poor quality.

awsome vac
Had this shop vac four one year now bought it last year doing remodeling to one of our bedrooms, used
the shop vac to vacuum up the drywall dust plus the saw dust, it did an excellent job .

Great Big Poduct
I didn't really realize what a great product this was until our basement flooded. We had water and "gunk" everywhere. We use this Shop-Vac to suck up the water and then we used the blower to get the water out from under the walls and out of cracks. It was so much less work than doing it vi mop. It does the all jobs I have given it, I also use it as a leaf blower! Worth every penny!

Drain plug spare parts
Based on the experience we made with Shop Vac in regards to the need of spare parts can not recommend the purchase of this product. After several inquiries and phone calls to customer service it is now over 6 weeks that we are left without spare parts.
The issue is the drain plug, it has no safety attachment and while draining can and will be flushed away. It is also very difficult to find a cap with the same thread.
