A very useful unit. I purchased my K'Archer at CTC and haven't had any problems with it. I use mine for the patio and to wash my Jeep after off roading. It is easy to adjust the pressure so I can clean house windows and the BBQ. If you are looking for something to use around the house and don't need it for heavy duty use this is your baby. Very light and portable April 11, 2013

Bad Quality Died within 5 minutes during the first use, very poor quality. Returned. March 14, 2013

What I expected I've used this washer about four or five times now. It's basically a decent pressure washer and if you grab it on sale you can't get it for a good price. It's all about expectations, and for me it's been great for cleaning floors and prepping my deck for staining. June 23, 2012

Do not buy... Terrible quality Warning! Do not buy this product. It has terrible quality. After my first use, the product didn't work. I had go through an elaborate process to get it exchanged. The replacement did the same - after first use, it stopped working. Please save your money and go for another brand. I can't be that unlucky to have faliure after faliure for the same product. There is no dought that the quality is terrible. June 11, 2012
