As good as the more expensive other brand
We've had this microwave for about a month - got it in exchange for a more expensive model from another brand that melted on us after 8 months. We like it better than the one it replaces. It's just as powerful and actually quieter when it runs. The control panel is logical (unlike its more expensive predecessor) and the door shuts with less effort. The feature we most appreciate is the nagging mother inside that reminds if something has been left inside. The nag beep is ever so polite but persistent - it doesn't give up until the heated object is removed.

Lasted 1 yr 2 mths....
Rated 3 because it worked fine until it blew sparks & quit in front of me. Dissapointed. We bought ours at the military Canex combined with other items, but same one... if you do buy any microwave, use your visa.... your warranty doubles up to a max of an extra year. Sooo, if 1 yr warranty, you just got 2 yrs total. PS. Used to work at a bank for 12 yrs... this is how I know this... check your visa or credit card.

Lasted 3 hours
I bought 2 microwaves for the office and one of them lasted 3 hours. I hope the 2nd one will last longer!

Wouldn't recommend
Had this microwave for 16 months and it just stopped working. I don't use the microwave very often so I definitely feel I wasted my money on this one. Do yourself a favour and spend your money on another brand that will perform.

Gr8 microwave
After 6 years without any trouble it died tonight, first thing I’ve done is checking if I still can get the same model. Yes the same model with some little changes is on special this week, it will be mine tomorrow morning.

stopped working after a year
This microwave worked well while we had it, although it was quite loud. It suddenly stopped working one day... I gave this product one star because I've read several other reviews where the microwave suddenly stopped working.
Although the price seems good, you'll have to replace it sooner than you think!

Junk, as other Posters noted
Ours, like what has happened to many other reviewers, died after about 3 to 6 months. It will work, but not very well. Wish my husband had read reviews online before buying this unreliable piece of junk. My last microwave was also fairly inexpensive, and I got years out of it. I think we barely got
3 good months out of this thing.

A great little microwave
I bought this microwave 2 1/2 years ago and use it about 3 times a week, primarily for defrosting frozen meat or for reheating leftovers.
It works perfectly, as it has since day one.
It doesn't have a bunch of fancy automatic cooking options, but that's fine with me - I've got two other microwaves that are much fancier and find the automatic options on don't always cook or reheat the food perfectly anyway so I'd rather choose my power level and cooking time myself.
