Easy to clean, mesh filter is very durable and the brushed finish always looks clean. Recommend this product.

BEST KETTLE ON THE PLANET
This kettle is quite simply amazing. Great, sleek design; nice stainless steel finish. Sometimes it takes a few minutes to boil, but I'm a patient person and don't mind. It gives me time to wash up my mugs, prepare some loose leaf tea etc.
Nice blue LED, too.

Boils too long
This kettle boils for 30 seconds which produces a lot of steam.....window gets fogged and my cupboard now has a visible steam mark. I'm replacing the kettle with another brand.

Fantastic product!
I've had this kettle for several years now, and use it quite regularly. With the detachable base, it is sitting in an awkward corner of my kitchen, but once the auto shut-off clicks, I simply reach out and grab it for a nice cup of tea. I really love this kettle-- it works well, heats up very quickly, has great features (no attached cord, auto shut-off), and it looks great! When offered on special, it is a steal, I highly recommend it. (One note: be sure that the lid is properly shut before starting it if you want to auto shut-off to work properly.) Great product!

Very good buy
Just purchased this kettle & I am very pleased with it. Does everything the maker says, plus it is very stylish 'SLEEK" looking. I just love it.

Excellent Kettle
This is my first time owning an electric kettle and I'm super happy with this one. Looks great, sleek design and easy to store either counter top or on pantry shelf. I think it's pretty quick and fast boiling as well. There is no dripping at all, spout gives a clean and safe pour which is great for the younger ones in the home who make vast amounts of hot chocolate and tea, I am very comfortable with them using it. Super quality and great deal when it's on sale. Once we're done with it, it gets emptied and I store it with the lid open to air dry. I've had no issues with any residue or scaling at the bottom. It's clean as the day we got it.

Finally a Drip-less Spout!
A drip-less spout that truly is drip-less. My previous kettle dripped after pouring and always had unsightly water stains down the front of it, not with this kettle. It has sleek lines and looks like a carafe on the counter. The finish is easy to keep clean. I have not noticed it to be faster or slower or quieter or louder than any other kettles I have used. I am very happy with my purchase.

Great Kettle
I bought this kettle on sale about 3 months ago. I love the look of it and the fact that it easily lifts off the base. It stays on my counter and doesn't look out of place at all. I also love the cord wrapping feature where the extra cord can be stored under the base and out of the way.
The cons are that it's very loud when on and seems to take longer than average to boil the minimum amount of water. This isn't a huge deal for me because I never really need boiled water urgently. But if you boil in the AM while rushing out the door it could be a drawback.
Overall very pleased.

Love this kettle
Fast and attractive looking. I like the blue light that goes on when it's on. Also it doesn't take much room.
