great 1 cupper for non kerurig or tassimo style
for those of u who like to grind your own coffee, this works great, i dont find the coffee is weak, i just use the bold setting every time and fill to the to op the inner ring. then give it a couple taps on the counter to settle it. possibly the people who are having weak coffee arent grinding it fine enough. the under filter gets clogged a little after about 10 cups, but a quick rinse and tap and its good as new. i had a keurig that lasted for 14 months. the 5 year warranty is also a nice feature. i almost went with the 12 cup brewstation for the price, but im glad i got this because i dont have much counter space, and only drink 1-2 cups per day. and sometimes decaf, and the other people i live with like their own blends.

Best coffee maker ever
This machine does it exactly what it claims. I makes a decent cup of coffee to go, and it does it very very quickly. Sure the speed means a sacrifice in flavour to some small extent, but the final product will still wake you up on a busy morning when you are trying to rush out the door!

Worst coffeemaker ever
This coffee maker can take Starbucks dark roast coffee and turn it into dish water. This machine is truly disappointing. I have an inexpensive Black and Decker "Coffee to go" machine that beats it in every way. I was initially excited because this machine does not require pods or t-discs but it makes really poor coffee. You are much better off to make instant coffee than to waste your time and coffee with this machine.
I took my machine to work, it was too frustrating to keep it at home - not recommended in any way

Fixed the weak coffee problem!!
I returned this product twice before I figured out how to fix the weak coffee issue...
You need to tamp down the coffee grinds in the scoop like you would for an espresso machine. Once you start doing that, the brewed coffee comes out consistent every time! SO much better. :)

Absolute Garbage
I picked up one of these last January. It's been on the shelf ever since. This coffee maker uses twice as much coffee if you can get it to brew a half decent cup of coffee. Normally the coffee comes out watery regardless of how much coffee you put in it. Often if you check the scoop after brewing you will find some of the coffee is still dry. If you want a single cup coffee maker stay away from this one. I've been using the B&D Brew and Go for years and even though it's a cheap quality coffee maker and breaks after a year it makes a vastly superior cup of coffee.

I like this unit only one problem. This machine does not make the coffee hot enough. If you don't mind drinking warm coffee this machine is great.

Disapointed.
This coffee maker is easy to use and easy to maintain. I read a review somewhere else that stated that this machine produced french press like coffee. Unfortunately that is not the case. In fact, I would have to say that even at the bold setting, the coffee is pretty weak.

Best if all coffee makers !
I was at my friends and she made me a coffee , said she just bought it a few weeks ago , I was shocked at how hot it was .... And the taste was so nice , you can make it regular or bold .. I love the bold .. I bought the Tassimo and the other one and they do not keep your coffee hot at all and i love the fact i don't have to pay out all that extra money for the discs or pods .. I love

Nice hot coffee
I bought this while it was on sale a few weeks ago and I love it. I like that I don't have to remember to buy any special pods, just need to have coffee on hand and I can grind my own right before brewing for an even better cup of coffee. It does have a few parts to rinse after brewing but that only take a matter of seconds and then it's ready to go for another cup. I also find the coffee much hotter than the Keurig machine that I use at work - so nice on a cold day!
