more expensive roasters are not necessary!
I use this to cook Sunday roasts and turkey for Thanksgiving and Christmas! These have been around for ever and look great in a traditional or country or rustic style kitchen. There is absolutely no reason to spend money on an expensive roaster as my meals made in this are always delish!

Lots of uses
I use this roaster for small roasts, hams and even baked beans. Great look . Perfect for all my everyday needs.

Oval Roaster Rules Supreme
They don't last forever....but hey, my original roasting pan lasted for 35 years. It would still be going strong, except for the fact that it met it's untimely demise when some spare ribs were overcooked and the bottom of the pan was charred a lovely shade of black. Repeated attempts to remove the char were unscuccessful.
Since it did last 35 years, I replaced it with an identical roaster. It is easy to clean, lightweight and just the right size for a family of four.

Good basic roaster
This is a great basic roasting pan. It does cook more on the bottom, so be careful not to burn your chicken and you should soak it right after use for easy cleaning.

For roasts or fowl - perfection.
We use this roaster probably about 3 - 4 times a month. Roasts, chicken or turkey -- lots of room. Cleans up nicely, but always cleans easier if you put some water in to soak it right after use.

Good Little Roaster
While a rack when roasting meats is always useful, this pan is useful for small roasts or when roasting vegetables for a family. Okay to clean.
