I love this pan!

"I have been looking for a pan like this for a long time now, but hesitated at the price of this one. I waited until it went on sale to buy it and my only regret is that I didn't get it sooner!

The pan heats very evenly and holds the heat so it cooks steaks, chops and chicken to perfection, while the grooves keep the fat away from the meat. A must have for everyone!"

I love this thing!!!

"It does those neat hash marks on your meats. It cleans up really easily and cooks your steaks to perfection.

A bit heavy but you want it heavy so it collects and stores the heat while you cook. I put mine on a cooktop on high heat and sear the meats first and then watch it cook through the meat.

I was skeptical at first but it's really pretty good to have around. Also, those grooves can collect some of the oils and grease so you can have a less greasy steak than by frying on a conventional pan alone. this in itself is a bonus."

Great grill pan for quick meals

"I don't usually go for aluminum cookware nor non-stick coatings but the lifetime guarantee never to warp, buckle or bend coupled with the generous square shape (it's big enough for my bacon press) convinced me to give it a try. It claims to have a durable enough finish that you can use metal utensils. I haven't put this claim to the test because I've gotten into the habit of using silicone utensils in all my cookware. I figure it's just as easy to take good care of your stuff as it is to abuse it. I use this pan to grill vegetables, fish, chicken and steaks. Every time I use this pan, I'm surprised that the meal turns out so well and so quickly! My favourite: Slip a couple of skinless, boneless chicken breasts into a zipper bag and pound them with your fist till they are about 1/2" thick. Meanwhile, preheat the pan and your bacon press. Smear a little olive oil, salt, pepper, dried herbs (thyme is lovely) on the chicken. Place the chicken in the pan with the hot bacon press on top. Lower heat to medium. In 5 minutes the chicken is done to perfection. Of course, if you don't have a bacon press just turn the chicken over and cook the other side. There is room in the pan to throw in some veggies to grill at the same time. If you move quickly enough you can have a salad ready and the table set by the time the chicken is done. Serve the chicken with the bottom side up so the nice stripes made by the pan will show. Now this is what I call FAST food! Clean up is a snap. A wipe with a warm soapy sponge to get in between the pan's ridges, a quick rinse and you're done. Glad I bought this pan."
