KitchenAid 10-piece Red Cookset
Love my new pot set
My husband and I just recently bought this exact set, and I must say it's very light weight and easy to clean. I found the price we payed for it to be very affordable.

I love the pots and pans, but am very dissapointed in the handles. The bottom is a red silicone, but the top is stainless steel, and gets very hot. When I take my pots/pans off of the burner, more times than not I have to use overn mitts. I see in the picture it shows silicone all of the way around, maybe I have a lower grade set, but just double check before buying that the handles are silicone all of the way around.

Terrible Product & Warranty
I am very disapointed in this set of cookware. I received it as a housewarming presents followed their guidelines on maintenace and care to only end up with a set of pots which are junk. My set is less then a year old I was so excited to get them and have always loved Kitchen Aid products. Not so much anymore I will never buy another KA product again and hope that no one I know will waste their money either. When I contacted KA in regards to my pots being streaked, the outer red coating is discoloured and ugly. I received a email back stating that I obviously did not maintain my pots as per there suggestions & the streaking was caused from harsh chemicals or the dishwasher. Did not know that DAWN was harsh. Please don't waste your money on this cookware set.

Best purchase I ever made
Love the color my favorite color. I can see inside when cooking and it doesn't stick to it . Love cooking egg and bacon and not having to make my eggs as omelets.

Not meant to last.
I've had this set for about three years, received as a gift. They are very pretty pots, with some really nice features (such as all of the added silicone, heavy weight, nice glass tops). But frankly, I am really tired of liquids boiling over. And the top rim, it's all exposed metal now. My frying pan has seen better days... to the point where I occasionally fry things like veggie sausages in the pots. The bottoms are all worn badly as well. The black rubber on the inside face of the tops, around the screws holding the handles, is wearing off too.
This set is of fair quality, not the worst I have used... but if I had the leisure of buying something new now, I would never choose these again. And good lord... definitely not worth the regular price!

This cookset bubbled and pealed within the first 6 months and after just a year teflon is flaking off the bottom, worst set I've ever had. Do Not Waste your money.

These are 'pretty' pots and pans. I bought them for the colour and non-stick finish when they were on sale in the Fall 2009 for a move to a new home.
The lack of rim allows boiling over pot contents, burning on the element adding to extra cleaning. They chip and scratch very easily.
I have found they heat quickly, evenly given my new glass top stove. They are very easy to clean. I appreciate the handles for the good grip it allows me with my arthritic hands.

This was my first set of cookware. I really enjoyed using this set. It is very well made and built to last, assuming you take of it of cource.
This set is very easy to clean and easy to work with. i have found that they can scratch. I 've read stories about the red paint chipping, but that has yet to happen to me. Make sur you're using plastic utensils as the metal will scratch the non-stick coating. Use care when washing as you can do a lot of harm to the non-stick coating if you do it wrong (ie hit it with water when it's still hot).
A great buy. Very versatile and durable. Designed for the long haul.
