The hum is driving me crazy!
I suppose it should be mentioned I have sensitive hearing, but this thing hums like crazy. And the radio is off and even when on it's not tuned to any station, so I can only assume that there is a high EMF level radiating from this clock. All clock radios do, but this one is driving me bonkers, so it's going back and I'm looking for a better clock.

Stay away.
Alarm failed the second use. Does not "ring". Same as another reviewer.

Garbage!
Within the first week of use this "alarm" clock failed to go off twice. It's a defect that's likely peculiar to my particular unit, but there is also a major design flaw: if you press the snooze button twice in succession the alarm will (inexplicably!) turn itself off. This unbelievably stupid feature is unforgivable. Also, the switch used to activate the alarm is small and unhelpfully labeled.

Does the trick!
This definitely does the trick for me in waking me up on time in the morning. Sound quality is so bad, you don't have a choice but to get up when the alarm rings to turn it off.

This clock radio is very reliable and I especially like the big numbers that can be easily read across the room.

you get what you pay for
purhcased for my daughter. Clock works fine, and she likes the option of waking up to alarm or music. However the radio reception is not very clear and the radio frequency numbers that are stamped on the clock do not lign up at all with the actual radio stations. But for 7 bucks it works well enough.

cheap and best
believe me with teen ager in house I installed one in all rooms and they are timed at 10 minutes apart. So they have to wake up and switch it off in the other rooms including that never ending shower session in the morning.

Curtis Radio
The clock works fine and the color is bight and readable size. The AM and FM reception is good. It has an antenna in the back by the power cord.
The price is excellent and it doesn't break easy.
