Good Tool Box for $27.99
I bought this tool box today and like it... The box feels sturdy, good plastic and strong latches. I like the external storage area for small items, and is easily opened and can be removed.
The internal area has good storage, but the internal tray has a large hole in the middle that will allow small tools to fall to the bottom of the box, not a big deal, but I noticed it right away (I loaded up my tool box, and when I moved it, smaller tools fell into the hole and to the bottom part of the tool box).
Overall a good tool box at 30% off! :)

Excellent box
I looked at the run-of-the-mill Mastercraft box of the same size (58-0668), and found it super-flimsy, the dye rubbed off, and to me, it was nothing more than a toy.
This box, on the other hand, is very solid: the walls are thick, the clasps are metal, and the handle is solidly attached. The top-mounted organizer is fantastic because you can move the dividers to fit YOUR stuff, and it's easily removable so you can still access the contents when the lid of the box is open (which means someone was actually thinking when they designed this box...).
Interestingly, the picture on the website does not reflect store stock, because the boxes in store have the blue top / yellow handle-on-grey scheme as per the other Maximum boxes (like 58-0877), not the grey-on-grey scheme pictured. IMHO, the new scheme is much more attractive.
