Definitely buy one
I know nobody ever thinks they'll need one of these things. But let me tell you, they're worth it.
They're small, cheap -- and can definitely save your life.

great survival item
this thing is water proof and it realy keeps you warm i think it is like when you are baking a potato you rap it in tin foil

Use it camping a lot
I first bought this for emergenices, but at a family reunion someone mentioned they put it on their camp chair and then sit on it. It reflects their body heat and the campfire heat back towards your body. I tried it, and it works great! They are a pain to fold up after they've been used, but they work just fine.

Good Emergency Blanket
I not only send these to camp with my kids but always carry a couple in our car's emergency kit.

Excellent first aid product
There is no difference between this and the blankets used on ambulances, fire trucks and in military survival kits. These blankets are deceivingly effective. They look like cheap pieces of material but they retain body heat remarkably well. Grab yourself one or two for those worst case scenario events.
