Didn't even get past installation
As some other reviewers, I had persistent leak around one end of the hose that seemed to come from the back of the nut/screw part of the hose. I am fairly handy weekend warrior and have installed several handsets before (and one after returning this one and pick up another type - installed in about two minutes).
There seems to be inconsistency in quality of this product, either it works fine or not, I don't think it has to do with people botching the installation.

Not Even Worth the Sale Price
Picked this up tonight at my local Canadian Tire, saw that it was reduced by 70% down to $9.99, and thought, "What a deal" as I already had the white one installed at home, and had no problems with it. I thought a shiny new chrome one would look nice, so I purchased it.
Unfortunately, after installing it, I took a shower, and was sadly disappointed, the flow from the shower head is slow to say the least. No pressure on any of the settings!
And it leaked from all the joints, I had used plumbers tape to ensure a tight fit, but that was of no use at all. Definitely not worth the $9.99 I paid, I am going to return it in the morning, and reinstall the old shower head!!

PlumbShop® 5-setting Handheld Shower Head
I've read the other reviews and I'm in "aw"....I found it to be a fantastic product especially for the money. I did not have any leaks but you do have to use the plumber's tape to get a good seal. The hose hung down nicely not like one of the pictures I saw on here in the reviews.
I think it's an excellent value and works well.

Awesome ! Really had no trouble with fixing it at all.

Pure Junk
Leaky from the start.
Ball joint lacks the strength to hold the shower head upright.
Pressure on all 5 settings is weak.
There is nothing good to say about this shower head. It is pure junk and was a waste of my time to buy, install, uninstall and return. Even on sale at $10, it's a shameful product.
p.s. It is sold under the Peerless brand name, not PlumbShop.

Inefficient showerhead
This is not a water-saving shower head. I found it uses quite a bit more water than my other shower heads, and the water jet pressure is not strong compared with other models.
Unless you have very high water pressure in your area, you will find many of the spray patterns useless.
It does have a "trickle" setting that reduces water flow while you lather.
The handle curved at a greater downward angle than other models, and didn't fit my shower well.

Great for the price
Settings works great, except the massage setting is not strong as I prefered. Overall the product is pretty good; and of course no leaks.

Not Worth It
Bought it to replace a broken fixture. Didn't have a problem with it's lower water output, but I can't stand that the shower head is too heavy for the bracket to support. It works fine now for me to bathe my son's as I use I remove it from the bracket, but as they get older and want to take real showers on their own, this will be going straight into the garbage.

great product
We've been using this shower head since we moved into our new house over 2 years ago with no problems. Doesn't leak, easy to use and easy to install.
The other reviewers who gave it a bad rating should get a plumber to install their shower heads or read the installation instructions, because I don't see how they had such a hard time with it.

Bad Buy
Even at $9.99 on sale it's a bad value. Product leaks, hose is too rigid, plastic bracket cracked. Don't be mislead by the big savings, it's a BAD BUY! Not sure why CTC carry items like this.
