Great ratchet, even for a professional! I'm an automotive tech and I needed an air ratchet that was cheap because my old one broke. I knew that the Mastercraft ones were too loud, and the Campbell Hausfeld ones were generally no good, so I decided to get this. It's a bit bigger than most ratchets, but don't let that fool you! This air ratchet is light and very powerful. All of that topped off with the fact that it's quiet made it a great buy. The control handle has a "tease" feeling to it which is great because you can control how much power you need. I haven't had any problems as of yet. I recommend this ratchet! September 21, 2011
