update to worst purchase ever
i had to replace the 3rd battery with just one month left on warrenty and when this one goes i will replace it with a walmart battery as i have had better luck with them

Best Value in a Large Deep Cycle
This is the largest flooded wet cell deep cycle battery that Canadian tire sells. The parts counter person warned me that the battery boxes that Canadian Tire sells are not large enough to fit this battery. I have a battery box purchased elsewhere for this battery to mount on my camping trailer. This is the 2nd Group 31 battery I have owned. I think the 1st battery I had did not last as long as it should because of the way I charged it. I used a Motomaster auto charger/maintainer 2Amp Charger. The charger boiled the battery dry 2 or 3 times. The battery was too large for just 2 Amps. With my new battery, I am charging it with an automatic 4 Amp charger. I think this battery requires a good charger with enough Amps to get the voltage up to the float mode of the charger. This battery has good reserve power for my trailer lights and 12v accesories. Make sure you take care of the charging. If your auto charger stays on too long, it is probably too small to bring the voltage up to float level. This is a large battery.

Worst purchase ever
i am on my 3rd battery in 13 months using it for my trailer. the first lasted 9 months and the second only 4,With less than 1 month past the free replacement it cost me $71 for the 3rd battery amd i hope this last longer

Fits and works to spec
I purchased this battery for my fishing boat. the size was perfect, easy install and works like a charm.

GOOD QUALITY
SEEMS TO WORK WELL WITH MY MINN KOTA 30 POUND TROLLING MOTOR, I WAS OUT TROLLING FOR 2- 3 HOURS AVERAGE SPEED OF 3 AND I DONT EVEN THINK I LOST HALF A CHARGE ,
THE ONLY STRANGE THING IS THAT WHEN CHARGING IT WITH A NAUTILUS INTELLIGENT CHARGER IN OPTIMAL MODE THE CHARGER DOES NOT REALLY REPORT WHEN ITS FULL BUT ACTS AS ITS IN MAINTENANCE MODE AS IT THEN STOPS CHARGE AND TRICKLE CHARGES ONCE IN A WHILE TO KEEP THE FULL CHARGE BUT THE SCREEN DOES NOT REPORT FULL UNLESS YOU UNPLUG IT AND PLUG IT BACK IN , IM NOT SURE IF ITS THE CHARGER OR THE BATTERY , I PHONE COSTOMER SERVICE FOR THE CHARGER, THEY TELL THAT ITS OPERATING PROPERLY AND THAT THE OWNERS MANUAL IS INCORRECT ON HOW ITS SUPPOSE TO WORK
