Excellent Tent
My daughter and I went on a three week long camping trip throughout BC and the Island, and back to Southern Alberta. For shelter, we brought along this tent and the Broadstone Easy-Upâ„¢ Shelter, (12 x 12-ft.)
We spent two weekends before leaving studying YouTube videos and practicing popping up and taking down both the tent and shelter. We also painted on waterproofing silicon, 2 coats, to both.
As we had visited different campsites every few days, we found the popup tent to be extremely easy to use. The 4 man tent fit - believe it or not - a double air mattress and gear for both of us on either side of it.
When the forecast called for rain, we put up the shelter first, added a tarp to one side if it was windy, put the tent underneath along with a couple camp chairs, them lowered the shelter to the lowest setting. We weathered through many storms, one hurricane force. Occasionally, we had to tie the top and legs of the shelter to trees - and during that hurricane, we tied two sides to our car wheels.
We had no damage whatsoever to either the shelter or the tent. Both were amazingly quick to put up. Fellow campers were stunned to see us setup our complete camp within 10 minutes including blowing up the air mattress. Teardown took slightly longer as we usually had laundry lines setup inside the shelter that we had to take down!
This tent is so easy to use as long as you practice popping it up and folding it down ahead of time. Never force it or you'll break a pole. Read the instructions and follow carefully. It takes less than 20 seconds to fold it properly. Like I said, we totally amazed other campers.

and the story continues
I posted a review in August 2012- The pole that broke internally has now punctured through the fabric. After slicing through the fabric and duct taping the pole together we shall see if it works, but once a pole breaks, it seems a puncture would be inevitable. Despite being excited about this purchase initially, I'm overall disappointed.

Set up and Put away
This tent is incredibly easy to set up. Putting it away is not easy. In the process of figuring out how to put it away after a couple of uses I snapped one of the rods. It is still usable but not for long.

Decent
Although this tent is very cheaply made, it is still a great purchase. Folding it for the first time can be difficult, but once you get the hang of it, it's very easy. The only thing I don't like about it is the quality. Usually tents have a durable fabric on the bottom, but this one is very thin and I'm worried it will rip very easily.

Meh...ok
I bought this tent planning on using it solo which is probably the best choice as there is little room inside though I can fit a queen air mattress in. However, you have to lay perpendicular to the door, so with a second person inevitably your crawling over someone- plus it's difficult to change in as there is certainly no standing room.
I've used it a number of times now and I find the fabric isn't very tough and now a pole has broken internally though it still opens up. The set up is fab and take down, once you 'get' it is fast. Overall ok- but will be buying new and giving to a friend for her kids in the backyard.

Amazingly easy to set up
It's 11 at night and we've been driving all day. We're very tired and looking for a place to camp in northern Ontario. We find a boat access road going down to a lake with a makeshift campsite. We park the car, pull out the Popup and in a few seconds we have a fully set up tent. Although the tent comes with metal pegs you can use a couple of rocks placed inside at either end of the tent as anchors.
Packing can be a little tricky until you get the hang of it. Fortunately we had our laptop with us and watched the video which helped a lot.
Overall, for our purposes, this is a fantastic tent at a reasonable price.

Good Tent!
The tent was ALMOST perfect the only things that were was a few minor rips on the bottom back and left side,The material was kinda thin. The instuctions were hard to understand ,But then i went on to this website and watched video about how to fold the tent up. I would recommend them to put in the video i saw.But other then that i loved it,And so did my 2 girls!

Don't be fooled!
Other than the fact that this tent sets up in less than a minute, everything else about this tent wrongly advertised.
I bought a 4 person tent....which should be described more like a 2 person tents with a less than a foot of side space for your backpack or a pet.
the quality is no different than any other tent.
It failed in the durability department, as well... the elastic ripped on first use adding another notch to the degree of complication level of difficulty to the not so easy pretzel compacting take down, such so easily shown in the video.
I was not impressed and will be returning this product for a refund

Great Product
I love this tent! Hard to put away though. Once you figure it out it only takes a minute.
