Super fast assembly
Bought this as a dining tent for camping. Two of us set it up in a matter of moments- really easy! It is lightweight and you can pick the whole thing up and place it overtop of your picnic table (rather than trying to build it overtop), then peg down the corners. I was worried about the "D-zip" after reading other reivews, but after the first use, I think the D zip is better. The zippers can be placed halfway up the door, so you can unzip it with one hand just enough to enter without having to bend down and zip it from the bottom- helpful when you are carriying things. It also keeps the tent consistently sealed close to the ground where the early bugs are more likely to enter. Yes, you do have to be careful not to trip, but unless you are really clumsy it's not an issue.
It will keep you dry if it's drizzling a little, but it's not a "rain shelter". It's made to keep out bugs, and it does that very well.

Dining Tent
The only nice thing about this dining tent was the ease in assembling it. The D shaped doors were annoying because it was hard to unzip if you had anything in your hands and the flap at the bottom was a huge tripping hazard. It leaks from the top because the center flap isn't big enough. The shape is awkward to put a picnic table in and still have enough room for anything else.

Great Tent, Very Easy Set-Up
The Broadstone Easy-Up Shelter, is exactly as the name describes. My family and I took it out on a week long camping trip and in performed very well. We initially took it out at home and set it up just to make sure everything works. We were amazed at how quick and easy the set-up truly was. The instructions are brief, because there really is not a great deal to setting it up. In all it probably took about 5 minutes to put up, and another 5 to peg down. We were pleased to see that it comes down, and folds away, just as quickly.
We never had any issues with rain, and the mesh walls did well at keeping bugs out. The tent comfortably fit 5 people at the picnic bench, and we still had room to move around for cooking at the camp stove.
The 'D' shaped doors do well to hold the shape of the tent, but be warned that the part of the tent between the ground and the bottom of the door becomes a big tripping hazard when the door is open. We were tripping over it all week, even after doing it several times and knowing what to expect.
I would recommend this tent simply for its ease of set up and for the quality of the components. Also, CT often puts this tent on sale for 40% off, which is a great time to get it!

Be careful
I bought this shelter for the backyard and camping, to spend leisure time in and to eat with table and chairs. I bought waterproofing spray which works. But when it rains, the rain comes in the hole at the top (the raised cover is not large enough). So it is useless if rain is forecast and you want to eat in it or read a book. You can't leave anything in it which is going to be damaged by rain. Also, the dimensions are those at the base. The roof only covers an area 11.5 ft across.

Great Purchase!
I bought this tent to stay out of the rain and bugs while camping. Used it last weekend, when we arrived at our campsite it was pouring rain, I managed to set it up by myself in the rain in under 2 minutes (including pegging it down). It is the easiest screen house I could ever imagine setting up.
It kept the mosquitos and other bugs away as well as the rain. It was comfortable to store 3 coolers, a camp BBQ and 6 people in lawn chairs. It kept us out of the rain all weekend. The only thing that could make it better would be if it had roll down walls to keep rain out when it is windy.
I am unsure why the other review person wished their was a floor, if there was a floor it would be an absolute nightmare to keep clean and dry as the water would just pool all over the floor and everyones dirty shoes would make it impossible to clean.
The style of the door is very easy to zip and keeps the tent closer to the ground at all times rather than a straight to the floor zipper which kept the bugs out beter
Take down is also very very easy and it folds back into the bag very well.
I would definitly recommend this screen house ! It is definitly worth every penny.

No Floor!
I bought this screen tent specifically because I thought it had a floor. We were going to use it to keep the sun & bugs off our 8 month old son. When I got it home, there was no floor. The tent in the picture has a floor, I swear. Also, I wasn't impressed with the overall quality of the plastic connectors. They didn't look or feel like they would last more than a couple of times. Would not recommend this.
