Great camping supply

"Bought our Queen BYB 5 years ago, best camping supply I ever bought. My husband and I are in our early 50's and love camping for up to 3 weeks. Being off the ground is a plus.If you close the valves properly it does not leak. It transforms my tent to a comfortable bedroom. We also use it when my boys have friends stay over night instead of them crashing on the couch. Obviously if you purchased a real matress and threw it on the floor it would be more comfortable, but travelling or storing a mattress is not convenient or even possible. The frame is still in great condition, and no leaks at seems. After 5 years, I'd buy an other one if ever this one fails and I would be satisfied that I have gotten my moneys worth."

Disappointed

"We bought this product approx 3 years ago and loved it. It has been used 4 times and the frame is now falling apart. Plastic bits and screws are falling out. As mentioned, we loved it at the beginning-all but trying to put it back in the case, was great but now we're extremely disappointed."

Great Item to Own

"We have this as a spare for big holidays when we don't have a room for everyone and people cozy up in the family room. We have also taken it when we have rented a cottage or cabin as a spare. It is easy to use, works well and is comfortable.

You must follow the weight guidelines - friends didn't and their frame buckled."

Best Purchase Ever

"I purchased this bed in 2005 and used it for three weeks while waiting for my furniture to arrive.....I loved it. I keep it inflated constantly, no slow leaks, no problems after more than five years of use. Well worth the money [thought it was much cheaper five years ago]."

"This bed seemed like a good idea for a quick set up for company, but in reality , it just doesn't fit the bill. It may be OK for one person. When i tried to sleep on it with my husband, I ended up on the couch. Every movement is noticed. It also leaks too easily. Invest in a real bed!!"

"The bed frame is quite a bit smaller than the mattress itself and provides insufficient support for someone sitting on the edge. The welded vinyl reminded me of the cheap beach toys that always ended up leaking at the seams. I returned the bed without ever actually sleeping on it and got a futon instead."

"When this bed is properly inflated I find it quite comfortable. Shortly after purchase it started leaking air slowly overnight and by morning I was sleeping on the steel frame."

folding queensize bed into sofa

Question:

I bought a Woods byo bed that says it can be a single, queen bed or sofa (with storage behind). The instructions on the insert to convert to a sofa, do not make sense, nor can I get it to work. Can someone give me a step by step?

How can I find where it leaks?

Question:

I used the bed only a few times.
It constantly deflates during the night
We end up on the floor.
Being a very slow lead, it is hard to find.
How can I find the cause or where it leaks.
Any tricks?

Answer:

Fill up the matress with air. Make a weak solution of dish soap and water and put in a spray bottle. Spray around the obvious weak areas like the seams. Look for any "bubbling". There is your leak !!!..Good Luck
