Please don't waste your money!!!

"I use to tell everyone how good coleman air beds were. They use to be very durable and easy to fill. I recently bought two new ones to replace 9 year old coleman's. They didn't even last a month. They are made out of a very brittle material not like the old ones. This not only makes them hard to fill and not loose airit also makes them rip easily. The one that broke yesterday was the round imitation spring like thing that let go inside and now its like a balloon in one spot. Please save your money and look for one that is made by Intex."

Can't live without!

"I purchased two of the twin size models a couple years ago for camping purposes for my girlfriend and I and don't know how I lived without them. The twin's are perfectly sized for my 9'x9' tent to allow plenty of room between them to walk as well as the top and bottom for other gear. I wish they were a little longer as my feet hang off the end (i'm only 6' tall) but its not a huge deal. I would also recommend separate mattress' for camping since with a larger queen you feel every movement your partner makes and vise versa. If your partner isn't really into camping anything to make their experience more comforting adds to the likelihood they will be willing to go again!"

Excellent product.

"This is the best Air Mattress we have ever purchased. Most have only lasted one or two years. This one lasted over 5 years, and it now finally started a slow leak.

Also, we are allergic to Vinyl and cannot sleep on vinyl air mattresses, just stay awake, even with sleep aids. This mattress is made with PVC and we have always had a good sleep."

Mattress is Tough

"Used this matress (queen size) numerous times camping, and more recently as a semi-permanent mattress for my 4 yr old while waiting for new furniture to arrive. It was used for two months, night in, night out, with three children jumping up and down on it. During that time, did not need to even top up with air once!
Finally, after six or seven years of use, it has failed from wear. Going to buy another one now, same model."

I thought it would be better

"I read the reviews before buying this mattress and they looked pretty good, so I bought this mattress. It hasn't been a year yet and I found and patched up my third hole. I have only used this indoors, and the holes were all on top. It's comfy, pretty good quality and super quick to blow up with the coleman air inflator (like 2 min). I just wish I didn't have the problem with the holes... they are cheap to fix, but good luck finding them.
If the holes weren't a problem, I would give this a 5 out of 5."

comfy and good quality

"I bought 2 of these queen size air beds on sales. The quality is good. I put one in the living room for watching kids and TV. My 3-year old (30lbs) jumps on it all day. no leak. it has been in the living room for more than a month.

This bed is more comfortable than some of the real mattresses I have at home. I wished it comes with a king size."

Great Air Bed

"My sister has a lot of back problems and couldn't camp we got one of these air beds and now she can camp without crawling out of the tent in pain in the morning. I blew it up and in the morning it was flat, my daughter blew it up and told me I didn't plug it right. The air stayed in it for 2 days. It is an air bed and with tossing and turning all night it does need a burst of more air, but that's camping. I stand by this product 100 percent. Any thing that can get my sister camping for 1 week is an awesome purchase!!!!"

Worst purchase ever

"I had used one of these in the past with poor results but it was years ago so thought I'd try again based on all the good reviews I read here.
Used it for two weeks. Needed air within the first 3 days and just got progressively worse. By the end of the two weeks I filled it in the morning and by afternoon it was flat! I had nothing to sleep on but the floor. There were no holes as I scoured the thing for leaks and found nothing, Couldn't hear air leaking but it all just disappeared.
One of the worst products I have ever bought and would NOT recommend this junk to anyone."

For camping, don't touch!!

"Use twice in the house, so it had an easy life. Stared loosing air on the 3rd use!

Build quality is non existent. Plastic can't be made any thinner. Seams are heated & pressed together.

In all fairness, most of these air mattresses are disposable items - pretty sad, really."

what is the weight and folding measurements when folded to the smallest size possable

Answer:

The smallest size is the size of the box it comes in: about 12" x 14" x 4 1/2".
It weighs, with the box, about 3 1/2 Kgs, or 7.7 Lbs

Its the same size as a single mattress, and we use the same fitted sheets as a single regular mattress.

Answer:

No pump comes with this mattress. I bought the coleman air inflator. It's super easy and quick and it comes with different nozzle tips, and I did buy it at Canadian Tire. They go on sale every now and then too. oh and it deflates too!

there is also a coleman pump that takes 4 D batteries and looks exactly like th rechargeable pump. I have both and have been using them for 3 years, a must have. I got the battery operated pump after camping out for a few days I coudn't charge my rechargeable.

when buying a pump consider a rechargeable pump. I bougth the coleman rechargeable pump and I am sooooooooo glad i bought it rather than cheaper plug in one:
-it can be charged by plugging it into the wall and then it works for a few pumping and unpumpings (and u don't have the hassels of dealing with cords when u want to set it up in ur tent)
-it can also be charged by hooking it up to the car
-it has different heads so you can also pump ur sports equipment, ur bike tire, ur mattress, etc.
