Don't even attempt it!
I have used air beds on a daily basis for two years. This bed is tied for being the worst. It is not easy finding one that will go the distance. I think I got 6 or 7 months out of one tops. This lasted 6 hours. No idea where the leak is, if there is a leak or if it's just bad design but because of work and classes I have not been able to get another one, and therefore have not slept in days. It lasts 30-40 minutes before I notice a difference and an 90 minutes before my bottom is on the hardwood floor.
I am so angry for buying this, even at sale price. I have now purchased an Insta-bed Raised Queen with Never flat Pump from Amazon. I looked at alot of websites and it seems good ($150ish). If you are thinking of getting this watch theviedo review on the American Amazon from the 400 lb man whos been using it for 10 months. Good tip!
Good luck, and avoid this purchase!!

Built-in foot pump included, good deal on sale
Included foot pump fills twin bed in a couple of minutes. Also have the option with the second inlet valve to use an electric or hand pump. You take the cap off the 2nd inlet valve to deflate the bed.
In the package there is a plastic bag with 2 caps. One is for the closing off the built-in foot pump near the foot of the mattress, the second is for the 2nd inlet valve at the pillow end. I didn't realize the pillow end had an inlet and I pumped and pumped and the bed did not inflate. After putting on the cap, the bed inflated fast.
Comfort wise, you don't want the bed rock hard. A bit of give feels about right.
For sanitation (it's a bed) the box and inside plastic wrap were sealed.
So far so good, time will tell on the longevity of the mattress.

Worst AIr Mattress Ever & A Mystery!
With the all reviews on this mattress, everyone should know by now this air mattress is garbage. Granted it worked well for about a week, but then I had to fill it a little more each day. Now the the air mattress doesn't stay inflated just by sitting there. The mystery is despite the slow and steady deflation there's no hissing sound of air escaping even when I try to force air out of it so I can hear. Can't find a hole, can't hear air escaping, and yet it deflate in 30mins-1hr completely. Mystery. This is unacceptable and Canadian Tire should pull it off their shelves.

Waste of Money
Bought a queen size mattress on sale for temporary use while we renovate our condo and our furniture is away. Foot pump works OK once the technique is sorted out.
Air mattress worked well for 3 nights and was comfortable since the amount of air could be adjusted. On night 4, noticable loss of air and had to add air. Before use on night 5, mattress was completely flat -- after refill, complete air loss again within an hour -- impossible to use mattress for sleeping.
Disappointed that product only worked for an extremely limited time -- 3 days -- so waste of money. Mattress was on a layer of firm foam over carpet -- no risk of accidental puncture or strain to air mattress
Mattress was on sale at the store so I bought without reading any reviews. If I had read the reviews, then it is unlikely that I would have gambled on buying this product.
Given the number of poor reviews, it is very disappointing that CTC carries this product. Will return to CTC to learn what 1 year limited warranty entails.

Do NOT Buy
I used this product twice, and the 3rd time it won't keep inflated. All times it was used on a floor inside the house too.
These cannot be returned anymore, so you're wasting your money if you buy, and you'll end up on the floor.

DO NOT BUY!
After reading these reveiws, I decided to buy this air bed. WHAT A MISTAKE!!! The built-in foot pump is complete garbage and does not work. After an hour and a half of constant pumping, the air bed was not even a quarter filled. Unless you have an electronic pump, this bed is NOT going to be inflated. In fact, when I was taking this matress back, there was another couple taking back the exact same matress. What are the odds unless the product is garbage?

not worth money
I bought the Broadstone twin air mattress and even before going to bed the air was leaking from it.. Five days of sleeping on the ground. I will not buy another air mattress made buy Broadstone. Was not worth the money and my time.

does Canadian Tire even look at these reviews?
Bad bad product. it lasted 1 night. On my next 5 day camping trip i slept on the ground the whole time. Just inflated it again to see if I can find the leak, if I can't then it goes in the trash and my winter camping plan is done. No wonder it doesn't come with a warranty and Broadstone doesn't have a website. This product is more suited to the dollar store where you have a low expectation.

Good Solid Purchase
I bought this air bed at the begining of the season, for the May 24 weekend. It has been used almost every weekend camping and has never leaked. It remained full for almost 2 weeks without requiring additional air. I'm heading out again with it but bringing a friend and I'm picking up a second one today.
Only challenge is the built in foot pump is not that great so get in shape or another pump.
