Better than I expected
For the price I wasn't expecting much, but the sound quality is actually quite good. Definitely not top of the line speakers or anything, but decent sound for sure, even when it's windy out. Can't beat it for the price.

Pleasantly suprised
Good sound. Bag is large enough to store more than your mp3 player (wallet, glasses, keys,etc)- heck there's room for a tape walkman if you wanted. Lots of pockets-on the inside and outside. Quick mounting and removal using velcro straps.
Have not tested how waterproof the speakers are though. Mine was missing the carry strap (did not need one anyway).
Just what I was looking for- I asked for something like this at Future Shop and got blank stares :)

Superb Sound Quality for $20
The image shown is the large model for $29.99, and the other model (without the lower bag) is $19.99
I bought the $19.99 one because I was looking for speakers for my bike when I go on long trail rides. These were a whim purchase and I figured if I wasn't happy, I would just take them back. Well, I am keeping them! Very easy to connect to the handle bars (velcro straps), contains 2 very good quality speakers, excellent bass, and nice highs. Requires two AA batteries. I use it with my iPod Touch. I am a rough rider often going off trails into the ditches, hills, high grass, bushes, and mud and these speakers stayed attached the entire time. Definitely a great buy at $20 and beats anything TheSource offers sound-wise.
