Good for one year
This bike was reliable and provided reasonable performance for the first year. After that the left pedal fell off twice at which point I realized that some of the SC Vice's had been recalled for such an issue. I returned the bike.

nice bike!
this is a pretty good bike. the suspension works pretty good on the front and back. but is does need a bit of WD-40 every once and a while on the back to reduce squeaking and on the front to keep going smooth. you can do catwalks with a bit of practice. the down sides is the seat that it comes with and the grips. the seat is hard and needs a gel cover or a new seat. And the grip are a bit rough but wear some gloves at first and then your hands will get used to it. over all, a very nice bike.

Pedal Assembly
I purchased this bike over the weekend. Tonight, I took it back to the store because the threads on the left pedal & inside the left crank arms were stripped. I also advised the 1 young lady by phone as soon as I got home to to have the guys check the pedal assembly because it felt loose. Definitely test before you buy.

Bike information
Bike seat is too small. Sometimes change gear is not currently easy and smooth. That is need to improve.

Great Bike
When I got the bike for my birthday, my Dad and I needed to take it in to get the break pads realigned. They had been put too high and were rubbing against the tire.
The gentlemen who helped us was really friendly and fixed up the bike, and it runs beautifully.
The bike is squeaking a little ,but it is getting used to the shock absorbers. I would recommend replacing the seat because it is uncomfortable, but other than that it is a great product.

Replaced TWICE! Exchanging for totally NEW bike!
Unfortunately, I do not recommend this bike. I'm on my SECOND replacement and am getting a third tomorrow --but this time.....I'm exchanging it for a totally NEW bike!
On both bikes, the rear clogs (gears on rear tire) were misaligned. They wobbled while I pedaled. This wobbling shook the pedals creating a constant annoying sound! Half the gears were unusable!
If you buy this bike, lift the bike and pedal it by hand. Check the rear clogs for looseness or any type of wobble. They should be in exact alignment with the tire and should not move at all. If your bike does this, chose another!
Fortunately, the CT where I bought it from allowed me to replace it. However, the second bike is doing the exact same thing.
I called today: they are giving me in-store credit for a different bike. I'm going name brand (Schwinn/CCM).
Seriously, test it before you buy.
FYI: The picture for this item isn't what it actually looks like. They put a wrong picture up. It's silver, not green and identical to the 24" Vice in appearance.

All for not!
I bought this product figuring that spending the extra money (compared to the cheaper bike) would get me a little more quality but in the two weeks that it was under my possession I only had it 5 days.
First I had issues with almost every bolt on it needing to be tightened (minor really) then the tires needed to be reseated. Then the right pedal fell right off the arm, the threads were totally stripped on both the arm and the pedal. As there are no returns on bikes they were going to order a new arm and fix this bike. I called a few days later to find out that the arm was back ordered and it would be 2-6 weeks, so after talking to the manager they took that bike back and replaced it with a new one of the same model.
I thought this was a good start but I had that for 1 day before the right pedal fell off this bike too.
I feel that it has something to do with the arm and the threads, whether they aren’t deep enough or if the metal that they use isn’t strong enough.
