Easy conversion to a balance bike
We took the pedals and training wheels off the bike, lowered the seat, and it immediately became a balance bike. Once our son found his balance, we screwed the pedals back on and he was riding like a pro.
The construction and performance of this bike alone makes it an excellent value. The fact that you can save yourself the $50 for a separate balance bike makes it an amazing deal. Highly recommended.

Not made for adults
I recently purchased this bike as I felt it was a good first bike. To my dismay, I soon found out that this bike was not meant for adults. This bike was incredibly easy to assemble, and although it seemed a little small, I felt that it would work anyways. However, as my experience has taught me, if it looks too small, then it probably is too small. Great bike for a child, terrible bike for an adult.

good value for $$
Bought this for my grandson, we received it in the box and my husband assembled it. As noted by another reviewer, you have to ask for it as it is in the back in the box.

Great!
Our 3 year old loves it! Very sturdy and it looks great! Ours is blue, I'm not sure if the colour is indicated on the box, but it made not difference to us. My husband put it together in no time. The tires were already pumped with air. (The ppl at CT vere going to assemble it for us free of charge, but we opted out bc we were going to an apointment).
The only thing that I didn't like is that we had to print the web page and bring it with us to the store and the sales person there looked really surprised and did not think that they carried bikes at this price! The bikes were not on the shelf, they had to go and find it at the back.

Best Value on the market
This bike is far and away the best value for the price on the market. The quality is outstanding and comparison shopping showed that it was priced virtually 30 to 50% less than comparable models.

Perfect for the Young Beginner
I purchased this bike for my 3 year old. He is very rough with everything, this bike is no exception--very durable. He learned to ride on this bike quite quickly and feels like a big boy when he's on it. It's very easy to ride which has made it easier for him to learn.
