Versatile and easy! This was my first set of weights, I injured my wrist and needed a few light weights to do my daily strengthening exercises. These are easy to store, transport and handle and are great for beginners but I'm sure for more advanced users as well. I've worked my way up to heavier weights now and plan to buy more from the same line because I loved them so much! May 13, 2013
