Great Product
This cabinet was very easy to set up and all the pieces fit together nicely.
I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who is looking to buy one.

Junk
This product is junk. The rack that supports the guns is made of flimsy foam with a peel and stick backing. It has a lot of peel but little stick. The floor mat is also cheat foam and was too small to cover the bottom of the cabinet. If you plan on buying this unit make sure that you can bolt it to a wall and floor. Good lock and keys. I was very surprised that Canadian Tire sells this and that it is made in the USA. Not worth the time and effort, just junk.

Great cabinet
We purchased this cabinet over a week ago and are extremely pleased with it. We actually needed two but I didn't want to commit until we were sure about it's suitability and quality. The scope stand off's are a great feature and the only complaint I would give is that it seems to get crowded a bit where as I have several scoped rifles and a few SKS rifles w/ raised gas block that require a bit more room. So with stand offs along the three sides floor space gets squeezed thus making it a bit of a chore removing guns from the back. Not a big issue though.
The barrel rests are very well spaced and cut so your weapons don't get knocked against one another. They are rigid plastic and for this reason alone makes it a better choice than the 10 gun which uses foam rests that don't secure the gun very well. Extremely flimsy and weak. Locking mechanism is 3 point cam style and very secure. Over all we are extremely satisfied and the only thing I could say on a negative note was the fit of the rear panel. It seemed as if it had been cut just a bit large and they forced it in place prior to welding it and this resulted in a distinct bulge along the bottom rear corner. This wasn't discovered until it was home and unboxed. With this said, it wasn't severe enough to warrant a return. It still fits and mounts to the wall w/ no issue. This is the only reason it didn't get 5 star.

14 Gun cabinet
This cabinet is good quality. But it was by accident that I ended up getting the 14 instead of the 10 like I had planned on purchasing. After getting it home though I was glad that I did, myself can't imagine trying to put 14 guns in this cabinet. I would give it more of a 8-10 capacity, as a number of mine have scopes on them. I don't like to have to "dig" to get out a rifle when I need it. If you had 14 stuffed into this cabinet that is what you would have to do to get what you needed out. If I have a skunk, porcupine, etc. walking through the yard I don't have time to dig out what I need.

Excellent gun cabinet
Well made and spacious cabinet. If you get it on sale, it's even better. The gun rests are too high for a .22 carbine rifle but a blocking mechanism (2x4) can fix that quite nicely. I own mid to high end guns and I have no issue storing the best of my guns in it. If you get the matching pistol/ammo box that bolts on to this cabinet you'll have a very nice firearms storage system.

Stack On 14 gun cabinet- Much improved!
I bought an 8 gun Stack On cabinet some time ago and it was barely adequate. It wouldn't safely hold scoped rifles, the foam separators were flimsy and guns often rolled out into the next gun. It was very crowded and getting guns from the back was frustrating.
I bought the 14 gun cabinet recently and it is hugely improved. Firstly, it has hard plastic separators with deep slots. Guns don't move around anymore. The cabinet also comes with spacers for scoped rifles. That was a huge improvement. There seems to be more room and with guns along the sides as well as the back, it is much easier to retrieve rifles without bumping them. Just watch out for rifles with slings. No matter what you do, they seem to wrap around other rifles at night. It also came with a bonus handgun/ammo safe. Nice. You can bolt it onto the top of the cabinet or secure it elsewhere in your house. Wish I had gotten this one first! The only concerns I have are a) the separators are located quite high and some .22's and carbines don't reach them. I solved this by putting a wooden spacer on one side. They now fit. Secondly, they aren't airtight. If the cabinet is in a room that flooded, your guns wouldn't necessarily be free from water damage. Perhaps a spacer would help to keep the water off until you relocated your guns.
I bolted it to the wall with the 4 lag bolts supplied and it feels solid and secure. Granted, anyone with time could eventually get it open but it fulfills the requirements of the law and gives you a measure of protection and security.

Good for the price if bought on sale.
Seems to be a quality unit. Its only cheap stamped steel but the fit and finish is good. The shelf is really small and almost useless, you could fit a few boxes of shells and a few magazines but not much else. I bought the small pistol box and bolted it to the top for the rest of my stuff. It is a good deal if you buy it on sale. There are no seals so it is not airtight and dust will get in. I would say this is a good starter unit, but if you have expensive guns I would step up to a gun safe.
