Giant paperweight
Had this for 2 years. Battery started clicking when I plugged it in. Guess it needs to be charged every 3 months. Now it's a giant paperweight.

only good for boosting
it looked really good but didn't perform. hook up a portable dvd player to it camping for the children to watch, which was only 10 watts and got less than 3 hours out of it, and yes it was fully charge and tried it the second time to make sure and still the same result.

Annoying Buzz
Bought this product earlier this month. It took over 30 hours to charge the first time. When I turned on the product to use with a portable DVD player, it made a buzzing sound which was a surprise. The buzzing continued the entire time the product was turned on. I wasn't expecting this product to make any noise. The power box lasted through three movies but the buzzing was very distracting. Are these things supposed to buzz like this? I have since returned the product for a full refund. In addition to the buzz, it's too bad it takes so long to charge and could use an extra USB port or two. There must be a better way of making power portable without being so bulky and heavy. The covers for the various plugs and ports could also be of better quality.

Great power pack!
I recently bought one of these on sale and have nothing but good to say about it.
First of all, if you purchase one, READ THE INSTRUCTION MANUAL!!!! It requires a 48 hour charge time prior to using it for the first time. I did this and it has been an absolute powerhouse! I used it to boost my wifes truck and have run numerous 12v and smaller 120v appliances with it with no issues what so ever. It holds it's charge for a long time.
I bought this on sale and it has been worth every penny!!! I think most of the problems people are having, with products like this, is they don't allow sufficient time for these to fully charge the first time.

Very poorly made unit!
I purchaed this on sale last week. On the first one, the guage did not work. On the replacement, the fully charged unit would only power a 15 watt lamp for 5 minutes. I gave up and returned it rather than risk a third.
