Not Very Good!
I bought it two years ago on sale. The frame is substantial but the fasteners on the canvas and the canvas material are inadequate. I have used it three times since I purchased it and some velcro ties have ripped from the canopy and the tension support on one side has also ripped from the canopy. I have never left this one up for more than three days as is quite floppy in the wind and retains water along the edges very easily. I have three other Shelter Logic covers that have had problems and I received no response from them when I lodged my concerns by email. All of the other three have basically disintengrated after 2 years as the UV coatings seem to be poor. It is too bad because I have a 12 year old 10 X 10 from Shelter Logic made of nylon type material and it is still in good shape and it has been used numerous times. I would not recommend buying this product whatsoever..

Buy on sale. Not worth full price!
I got this tent on sale at Canadian tire for 199.99. My first experience with this product is that the box it comes in is extremely heavy and awkward to move around the store. Needs to be moved in a shopping cart. I on the other hand dragged it from the back corner of the store to the front shopping line.
As my stubbornness has already been displayed, its obvious I tried to assemble this by myself. My first attempt took about 2 hours of hard work under the sun. But successful. Since then I have managed to put it up all by myself in under 15 minutes with little effort. (Hint: there are folding cross sections in the middle of the structure. Put one hand on the top, and the other hand on the bottom, and compress. This will expand the frame / walls outwards and allow simple 1 person construction.) I advise putting the roof on the frame when it is 60% expanded so that when you get the frame at 100%, the tarp is in place and no “working the fabric into place†is required.
My initial purpose for this tent was for a bachelor party. Successful, and many compliments on the size. Easily seats 12 people and 3 patio tables underneath. But my biggest problem is that the instructions rate this for “all weatherâ€, and there are the following design flaws which prohibit this:
-Other reviews state canvas is to thin- true
-The wind vents at the top are useless- true
-Wind causes rubbing on frame which tears fabric and Velcro loops meant for securing- true
-Locking pins (hold tent at specific height) do not engage well and require some work
-Nowhere sells patch kits to fix tears- I had to buy expensive sailboat sail tape.
******The height of the poles holding the center of the tent up are not tall enough. Allows sagging in fabric, which does not allow the release of water from the tent which collects until fabric gives.
****** (I have fixed this by zip tying broom sticks to the correct height and problem is better, but not fixed)
-No mosquito netting available for outer walls.
If you want to buy this item, buy it for short term use. Put up, use, then take down. It comes with a fancy case on wheels for somewhat easy transportation. Can be attached to deck via screw holes in pole bases. Do not leave up during a storm, it will tear in many locations quickly. It can be built by 1 person quickly with practice. Buy it when it’s on sale. Not worth the hassle if you pay full price!

Automotive Pop-up Canopy
Major disappointment !!
The cover comes off with the slightest breeze
and in three weeks the cover has holes in it from
rubbing against the frame . The cover is too thin !
The velcro attachment straps have also pulled off
leaving holes .
Even with the wind vents in the top , it is still affected by wind getting under the unit and causing the top to come off or move the whole canopy to move .
I'm returning this .
Don't buy this .

Good unit, Heavy and needs 4 people to set up
Well, I bought on sale, Good canopy, A bit tricky to set up. Said you can set up with 2 people...No way. You need a min of 4. Canopy is heavy, almost blew a gasket, I was surprised. The tent/cover is a bit funny and tricky to set up. Pay attention so nothing get stuck or caught on the frame. No instructions...
Overall, I like it, with care I hope to use it allot, Got wet and dried in no time.

Good Unit
The canopy is a great accessory for our camp. It
can be set up with two tall people but 3 or 4 is
better. The canopy survived 2 weeks of sun, rain, wind and animals.
The only negative I can see is that the tarp is a bit thin for repeated take down and set-up.
With care I expect that we will have many years of use.

4 to 6 Person Job
Purchased this on sale for our thrift shop. Great price. However as with other reviews this definitely requires more than two people to set up. It took six for us to be able to get the required pressure at each point. Excellent size and ability to set to preferred height is great. Very heavy so good job it comes in bag with wheels.
