The Leading Edge I have been using this oil in a Turbo charged car. This is a high quality oil and I believe it is as good as Mobil 1 .It's a super value when it goes on sale. Also it's Dexsos approved for Canada. May 14, 2013

The best oil you can buy I've mainly used Castrol but I've tried ALL the various oils out there. Recently tried Royal Purple which was a big disappointment since it's quite expensive. My engine was noisy with a loud ticking sound at idle. I replaced it with Castrol Synthetic and it went away almost immediately. That's it for me! I'm going to stick with this from now on and stock up when it goes on sale which it frequently does. March 28, 2013

Excellent oil My family has been using Castrol oils for years and we have never had any form of engine problem yet! My 2004 Ford Mustang GT has Castrol Edge, my 1966 Ford Galaxie has Castrol Edge, my 2008 Harley Davidson Sportster XL1200L has Castrol GTX, my mom's 2007 BMW 328xi has Castrol Edge, my dad's 2011 Mitsubishi RVR has Castrol Edge and my grandmothers 1996 Ford Crown Victoria has Castrol Edge. None of these vehicles have had any problems at all. I have a friend as well that owns a 2003 Dodge Dakota Sport with 435,000km's on it and he's been using Castrol products in it the whole time he's had it. January 2, 2013

One of the better synthetics I have use Castrol Syntec in my last three cars, and never had an issue. None of them ever burned any oil, and I put over 300,000 km's on each. you must change every 7,000 to 10,000 km's though. This is not a extended life oil November 8, 2012

not the best I changed the oil in my car and decided to try castrol with power technology. I found the car accelerated alittle faster. The engine makes a tapping sound when I start it and I noticed a decline in fuel millage. I previously used penzoil platinum synthetic. October 4, 2012

Bad oil 2010 Camaro , third oil change at @9k I used Castrol Edge. At 11.000km my car was smoking blue out of the exhaust pipes and I was missing @100 ml of oil-normal I would say.Since then I switched to Royal Purple , now I'm at 60K and all I can say is that the engine runs like new, no smoke whatsoever. I've used regular Castrol oil on my '99 Intrepid and it worked fine for the 60k(total 150k) as long as I had that car, but the Edge experience was bad for me...Avoid.Buy other synthetic oil September 12, 2012
