Wasted My Money
Aluminum-chrome wheels, chrome bumpers - they did not come clean and sparkling after washing, instead appeared to have a lot of residue or staining.
Based on this item description and the reviews here I purchased and applied this stuff, following both the bottle directions and other tips given in the previous reviews.
Results - only a little better than they were and far from satisfactory or expected. Very disappointed.
Therefore I would not recommend this to anyone else. Try other products first, maybe Mothers - anything but this.
I give it a generous 1 star.

Could be Better
This product does remove brake dust and road grime well with a little agitation from a brush. The reason why i only gave the product 4 stars is because there are other products thats cost less and do the same job without as much agitation, such as Turtle Wax ICE Tire Shine and Cleaner.

Great for motorcycles too!
I use this on my bike rims and tires all the time. Not only does it effortlessly remove road grime and brake dust, spray this on the whitewalls of your tires (or raised white lettering) and allow to sit for a minute or two. Don’t allow it to dry. Then use a stiff bristle brush on the whitewalls or lettering, and presto! Better than new! I’ve got all my fellow riders using this now too!

Hot Rims a Hot Product!
I have used this product countless amount of times on my aftermarket chrome rims and I can honestly say that I have not found any product on the market that not only cleans, but brings out the brilliant finish of the chrome to make them sparkle. This also works great on polished and aluminum mags in loosing up dirt and break dust. As others have said, spray evenly, and allow it to sit for a few minutes. Rinse with cold water and dry clean with a chamois or any scratch free cloth you may have. Pair this with a tire shine product and prepare to turn heads everywhere! I know my car does!

Does A Great Job!
I'm VERY impressed with this product! It cleans my rims absolutely amazing! Piece of advice though,let it soak for 5 mins or so before you rinse it off.I had to exchange one of the bottles that I bought because after only a few squeezes of the trigger on a brand new bottle the trigger mechanism broke.IMO Meguiars should be making a better quality spray mechanism in order to apply their great product but having said that I still gave it 5 stars all the way! It does a great job!

Best rim cleaner
Exactlly what you expect froma Meguiar's product. Use a toothbrush and scrub the rim a little for best results.

BEST RIM CLEANER
I was looking for a rim cleaner because i had really dark black dirt in the corners of my rims. I tried a number of things to clean it but nothing ever worked until i tried Meguiar's Hot Rims. Truly and AMAZING product!!!

Excellent Rim Cleaner
Excellent rim cleaner that removes brake dust without the need to scrub it. You can actually hear the cleaner fizzing while its cleaning the Rims. I've tried other rim cleaners and this one is the best so far.
Just make sure you wear gloves while using this though, because I'm pretty sure its acidic and therefore not good for your skin.

Does a very good job at removing dirt and grime off of your tire rims. Another excellent Meguiar's product.
