Not that great!!!
Purchased this purposely for at our trailer .... to clean the outside of it. We found that there just didn't seem to be enough pressure to clean the trailer without having to go behind it and clean with a brush. I would not suggest this unit.

Don't buy as the hose splits
I had the same experience as reviewer of April 24, 2013.
Hose from washer to sprayer split right in the middle.

Washer Useless After 10 Months
Bought it last spring (2012) used it for spring cleaning, max. 3-4 times. This spring while spraying my patio the hose blew open right in the middle. There is no way to change the hose as it is in the reel. Took it back and it was repair only, no exchange. The repair shop called and said the gun and hose are not covered and would cost me about $150 with tax. Do your self a favour and do not buy any Simoniz product as they don't stand behind their product!

S1900 version lasted 5-years
This series is an under $200 unit with acceptable quality and performance, mine worked fine, after 5-years the electric motor now struggles to start and trips out the internal overload.
If Moben can't repair the motor under $75 I will be buying another similar p/w when on sale at CT.
The starting trick with these units is to purge the air out before turning it 'on', keep purging while pushing the 'on/off' buttons until it starts, once it starts it will be trouble free..
The hose fitting started turning in the handle but did not leak or blow-out, the fitting is moulded into the handle and can be damaged if over-tightened.
The S1900 unit has been a solid performer for dozens of p/w sessions with many lasting well over 4-hours each. cheers !

Unfixable far too quickly
Bought in the Spring, used twice. Third time the hose split open while still on the reel. Hose is considered an accessory, so 90 day warranty. Hose fittings are special and Simoniz only sells the main hose. The part that runs inside the case to the pump is not sold, uses a pinned connection, not screw thread. Pump may be good but this unit was not designed to be serviced. Will probably discard if new hose connection cannot be found/fabricated. Nice design but cheap implementation.

Buyer Beware
I should have read the other reviews before buying this one - worked fine the first time. The second time of use, the water all leaked out of the bottom of the unit, meaning no pressure. Impossible to open housing to try to fix.

Great tool
Purchased this to give myself an easier time washing my dog. It worked great; let's just say I don't have to worry about him shedding anymore.

Won't buy again
Hose cracked after first use near the outlet. Started losing pressure due to a leak after the second use. Had problem with handle/trigger leaking, wand fell apart after a few uses as well. Ended up gonig through three of these over a year, then just gave up. This was just a waste of money
