Surprisingly good
In my 2000 Protege with 175,000km on it, I found an increase of about 10 mpg for the next 2.5 tanks of gas (the third tank wasn't quite as effected). I've used about 8 or 10 bottles of this throughout my car's life, so I'm quite familiar with its effects.
My only issue with this is that it doesn't last as long as I would have liked, but that probably my car's problem. For what it does, it sure does work!

Awesome!
I've been using this product on my 2000 Passat 1.8T and it worked great for the past years. It improved mileage and smoothed the rough idle. Now my passat's got 210K now and didn't show any sign of engine worn down. Liked it.

Multipurpose
Good for injected engines and carburation. Although as a side note, The container its held in is notably weak. Dont drop or mishandle the stuff, as its rather corrosive and will easily chew through your paint.

Works great!
Used on my 1975 Pontiac for years, and also on friend's 1980 Malibu. Does an excellent job of getting rid of excess carbon and cleaning the carburettor on older vehicles.

Works Great
I have used this product twice now in my 2003 Saturn Ion and have found it makes it run much better.
