Amazing and stylish
Loved this drawer set - was even easier to put together once we hauled out the cordless power drill (using the hand screwdriver method was slow and painful!!)
Has held up perfectly through two moves and is amazing for organizing the bits and pieces that don't have a home elsewhere

I can't believe my luck
Opened box and discovered there were no instructions. Being quite handy and my daughter really wanting me to put it together I began. Got the dresser framed and was adding the drawer holders. Two installed fine and when I got to the last and it was drilled incorrectly and I couldn't even makeshift it (I had come so far). So now I have a half built dresser and a box full of unmade drawers that I am going to with difficulty take back to the store.
Cannot believe that I bought two things on the same day and both had to go back.

Nice Product
Love this item but took forever to put together. Took me 2:1/2 hours to put this together instructions could be better but I did ok. Lots of space in the drawers, only problems is with the wicker some pieces had to be fixed. Would have never paid 259.99 for the item brought it on sale for 99.99. This item is solid wood which is nice because everything seems to be made of press wood today.
Would buy another one on sale. Hope it will last.

Will not last
This product was very hard to assemble taking hours to do, not for somone that is not mechanically enclined, poor instructions and needs constant retightening of fasteners to keep it together...do not buy this!!!

pretty but bad quality
looks nice but all the wood runners very cheap, broke within weeks of getting it assembled. Continually fell apart after that. I put it out of it's misery after a year of use (two drawers not working by then).

Very good product when on sale
This chest is made of a lot of pieces so be prepared to spend a few hours to assemble them , including the drawers. but assembly instructions are easy to understand if you are used to IKEA products .
We had to return a first one because the top was damaged in the box - so pay attention when you unpack. Anyway Canadian Tire exchanged it without problem.

Not so easy
Bought this for my bedroom. No wonder no one in the store will put it together for you. I hate having to put furniture together. Way too many pieces, instructions not that clear. It took 3 older adults 5, yes 5, hours to put this stupid think together. Nice when done but I would not recommend this to someone who has no knowledge of putting things together. One of us was a retired carpenter who thought the instructions were not clear. Had to take apart and put back together quite a few of the pieces as they were not clearly shown. I would not buy this again, knowing what we went through to put it together. Nice looking but not worth the hard work.

Great product, horrible instructions!
Bought this to match one that I had purchased years ago and i don't remember it being this hard to assemble! Once it was put together it is very sturdy and durable but its to get it to that point! All the instructions and pictures are contained in one tiny drawing! You dont know which way to put certain bars and which screws to use. After an hour of my husband trying to do the first step or so, he said to heck with this and just put it together the way he figured it should be done. Would not recommend simply for the instructions!

Love it!!!
Just bought this unit on the week-end and like everyone else is saying, the instructions are a little screwy. I ended up having to unscrew and re-screw only one piece of the front frame though so I guess that's not too bad. I must say that I was extremely surprised - being an "impulse" buyer, I got it thinking it was an Ikea-type shelving with wicker baskets - and I was completely surprised! Good solid wood, beautiful deep color and the drawers are actually more spacious than they look. Those too are pretty sturdy although I guess time will tell on that. Even considering the wonky instructions, I've already added the other two units to my Sales Alert list (they are great but at sale price, not regular price..) The ONLY reason I only gave it a 4 star overall was because of the instructions, otherwise, would have received a 5 for sure.

Worth the time
I read the reviews on this before I purchased the cabinet but I couldn't resist the 60% off. Even as I was paying for it, one of the staff was telling me horror stories of people bringing it back in garbage bags after trying to assemble it.
I'm glad I knew what to expect because, with that knowledge, I knew to take my time and really think each step through. Knowing that the instructions were not very clear (and I totally agree with that) made me be extra carefull. I worked on it over several days and I'm glad I did.
The final product looks terrific andif definitely worth the effort.
