Making Storage
We bought this for my mother when she moved into a small apartment. It was a bit of an effort to assemble but once put together my mom was very happy with it. Good idea to take advantage of space that is usually wasted and it looks pretty good

Dont waste your money
What a waste of money. My box had no instructions. As I had already spread all the contents all over my living room floor in preperation, I downloaded the instructions. Very poorly written. Had to guess lots of steps etc. The only positive thing was the pieces were numbered.Once we finally finished, the doors stuck and jammed and the whole thing was very wobbly. I would of taken it back but was losing the will to live by then!!!!

Useable storage at decent price
The instructions to put together are a bit backwards, and the company could learn a thing or two from Ikea, but otherwise this is a great little shelf made of MDF for the bathroom.
I would suggest to anyone purchasing to put the doors on before you attach the top and bottom together. Much easier to maneuver that way, and you won't drop the tiny hinge screws.
Tons of storage space, and it went together easily. If you really scrutinize it, you can tell it's not meant to last forever, but it does the job it's meant to do, at a fraction of the cost of other bathroom cabinets that are about the same quality.

Worst Brand
Bought this space saver,thought it's easy to assemble as it looks too basic but NO! 7 bags of parts and screws;-( The top part wobble,not sturdy. I tried to put the door,the way the hole is constructed,it won't fit, so i did not put the door at all. If i can return this i will,it's halfway assembled;-(((

good puzzle
Product was fairly easy to assemble. Right hand side top dowel hole was not drilled deep enough on the top of unit piece and too deep on the left side of finished edge. This caused the dowel to crack the white finished edge side. Do not glue the bottom piece (#13) to the two side pieces as you cannot fit over toilet if attached. You need #13 for stability while building but have to remove to place over toilet. That was kind of a pain. There was no indication that this was not a "free standing" unit. There are predrilled holes for the long screws on the inside of top back panel. Very difficult to screw into wall as more than likely your screwdriver or drill will be too large to fit into that space.

SIM Orleans Space Saver
I bought this product for the 1 piece bathroom in my basement. It was affordable, easy to put together and stores bathroom items conveniently. It's a basic looking and operating storage unit. But it does the job. It's clean looking and keeps your bathroom clutter free. I recommend to anyone that if you want simplicity, to try this product!

Great quality and affordable price.
Before purchasing this product, my main goal was to find something nice and affordable because I needed something with lots of space to reduce the clutter my bathroom. I spent some time looking for a bathroom cabinet at different department stores because I wanted to make sure I would get the best price I could find. Comparing to the other cabinets Canadian Tire was selling, the SIM Orleans Space Saver, was the cheapest bathroom cabinet. This product is great for getting rid of all the clutter in your bathroom and provides lots of storage space. The SIM Orleans Space saver also comes with an adjustable shelf in the cabinet - which I think is really great because some of my items such as hairspray, shampoo and perfume bottles are really tall in length. The only thing I would have to say that I didn’t like about the SIM Orleans Space saver is the white finish with no other option to buy it in a different colour finish. With a white finish, this makes marks and scuffs more noticeable. Overall, I definitely recommend this product to anyone; it’s a great cabinet for keeping your bathroom products organized and hiding the clutter in your bathroom.

Great for small bathroom
This cabinet is exactly what it says it is and I bought mine for $39.99. It took my husband about half an hour to get it together and looks great in our small bathroom. It stores everything we need it to and is very easy to clean. We did not need to secure ours into the wall and have not had a problem in the 2 years or so we have had this.
