Great product!
At first I was skeptical because it hurt so much but now that I have been using it I wouldn't go back. It's easy to use after the first several times and I don't miss shaving. I use a special oil after so I don't get ingrown hairs and I exfoliate regularly which helps.

You must be kidding!
This is a painful way to shave your legs. I had read the reviews and thought I would give it a try since I was tired of shaving so often. Well this is a joke. I shaved (epilated) with it for several months to give it an honest chance to work for me. I found it did not remove the hair properly no matter how many times I went over the same area or how often I used it. I got ingrown hairs and the pain never really lessened that much. If you use it as a razor only it is fine but a little on the expensive side if you just need a razor. All in all I would give this a thumbs down,.

Great Razor!!
You will love this razor. NO BUMPS, no skin irritation either. I have very sensitive skin and I had no problem with this razor!! It's Great.

Well worth the pain
Braun's epilator is nice to hold and is easy to clean. It has a nice traveling pouch, too. However, it's loud. But I don't know of any quiet epilators! Also, the price for this epilator is well worth it.
The epilaor is pretty good at removing leg hairs. It helps to go slow at first and in good lighting. I have thick black hair and the first 3 times using it, I almost had tears in my eyes! But after that, hair practically slides out.
I never have to worry about shaving cream anymore and especially no more daily shaving. I think I epilate every few weeks now. And I don't get any ingrown hairs, too.
I have not tried the underarms or bikini line! Good luck to the brave souls.

A girl's best friend
I don't think I could live without my epilator. In 6 years, I've only had to replace it once. Considering the price of waxes these day, I would say this product would pay for itself with one use. It might be a bit painful at first, but you will adjust, and it will be like nothing at all. Definetly a girls best friend, especially in the summer time when you HAVE to be hairless for those shorts and sleeveless tops. I use it, my sister's use it and I recommend it to everyone I know. I have not shaved in 6 years...and epilate only once every two weeks!! Hairless and Happy!

Worth the money / pain
I won't lie... it hurts but if you're used to waxing or sugaring yourself it isn't that big a deal - just take a deep breath and try to relax. Give the manual a good read to see if you want to try the things it suggests to reduce the pain. Less mess and very effective. Totally worth the cost.
