Dr. Scholl's Massage Mat and Seat Cushion
Not for everyone
Although this type of vibration massage may appeal to some, others, who have sensory sensitivity due to a medical condition, may find it quite irritating (pins and needles sensation), even on the low setting. Furthermore, the six areas on the mat are fixed and therefore do not sit at the correct anatomical spot on everyone. Imagine a 6 foot tall individual laying on it as opposed to 5 foot tall individual. Those vibrating circles will likely be under the shorter person's buttocks rather than in their lower back! One size does not fit all.

I am so impressed with this massage mat especially since I can sit in my recliner and use it. I really helps massage specific areas from the neck to the legs and feels absolutely wonderful with or without the heat on. I recommend it to everyone to help relive stress. I am sorry I didn't buy this sooner. I plan to buy 5 more for Christmas gifts this year.

nice and relaxing after a run
This mat has been very well used by our whole family. We have an avid runner, a frequent tread mill walker and a teen with back problems. All enjoy the heat and messaging of this product. We have actually also given one as a gift to at Christmas. It is also getting alot of use.

Picked this up a while back for $29 on a 2-day sale. Well worth it - nice and relaxing. Most other motor massagers leave me feeling dizzy and weak. But the various programs although motorized give the illusion of a kneading feel. The heat is a nice feature. I usually put it on random and let it do its thing til it times out after 20 min.
