Broke under skinny person
How did they manage it - I don't know, but this stool broke under a skinny person and he fell down. Disclaimer: other family members (within 225 Lb) also used this stool few times, maybe it contributed to failure.
Never again.

Where is quality?
Designed to fail.
Metal cross brace is very thin, i.e. card board used in dress shirt packaging is thicker.
Because of this you will notice on plenty of the stools that the welds do not penetrate, ready to break. Will also develop stress fractures on holes used for the welding jig in the braces.
Otherwise the stool is a good size and can be conveniently stored, but only buy on sale.

great little foldaway
I purchased this stool for my daughter who was starting out on her own and did not have much furniture. She was in a small apartment so space was definitely an issue. She used this stool when her friends came over as extra seating and then kept it in the corner of her living room, as it didn't take up any space at all. the seat is nicely cushioned so you aren't sitting on a hard surface like the wood stools I've seen. The legs have protectors on them so they don't mark her hardwood floors if she drags it across the room.
The colors are nice and modern and are attractable to the younger person. The stool folds really easily, and is very compact so you can store it under a bed or anywhere really, out of sight.
My daughter is so happy with hers, that she has gone out and purchased one for her daughters room - in pink- of course!

Effective
I'm a Massage Therapist, and I found that this stool is perfect for my treatment room. I would recommened this to any other Massage Therapist that is looking for a cheap, non tacky stool to start up with.

Just a simple little stool...
It was so hard to find just a simple little stool that I could scoot under a credenza when not in use. The stools I was finding at other stores were like bar stools and too high. It's not much to look at, but it does the job and the price was certainly right. In addition to green, it also comes in red and black.

You get what you pay for
I bought this for my crawl space. It had good height and the seat comfort was okay. But after a month of use, the hardware connections failed and the stool broke. I'm 6' and weigh 180 lbs. I took it back and am looking for a better quality stool.

Great for guests
Since my husband and I live in a condo we have to make the most of our space. These folding (but very sturdy) stools are great to keep in the storage closet and pull out when we have guest over for dinner and not enough "standard" dinning room chairs.
