Good value
Third gate we tried, best of the bunch, including Safety first ones. We needed one that was a tough fit for our shorter bannister. It was the only one that fit.
Easy installation, light and quiet. Easily stows out of the way without the heavy clunking of larger heavier units.

watch out for uneven surfaces
This gate can't be used for uneven surfaces such as baseboards.

Good Gate with bad quality Screws
I am very disappointed at the quality of hardware included in the package.
Installation is relatively simple. Comes with 4 brackets, I tried to hand screwed the provided screws however, I was only able to screw in one properly. The second and third one also screw head, completely broke off leaving 90% of the screw inside drywall post.
I was totally surprised as I was not putting a lot of pressure for this job :P .. Well I guess have to get some good quality screws from homedepot.
Well I like the Gate itself though.

Good gate, but buy better screws
I purchased this gate a week ago for our soon-to-be-mobile girl.
The instructions could be improved by including a picture and description of each part, so there's no confusion.
On installation, 3 of the provided 2-inch screws sheared off using a hand screw driver. At that point, I called a time-out until I could get back to a hardware store and purchase some better mounting hardware.
Now that the gate is installed with some quality screws, it's near-rock-solid.
Overall a good buy, but make sure you pick up a package of good quality 2-inch screws while you're at the store.

Best gate ever!
I LOVE this gate. I spent hours researching gates and decided to purchase this one. I am very happy with my decision.
The gate is very easy to instal, the installation template is excellent and it is a very sturdy gate.
I recommend the EZ adaptor kit if you don't want to drill holes into your rails or banister.
It has held up to my friends 2 year old boys and my daughter.

Best so far!!
It is the 3rd gate I use and it is the best one. So easy to open and close with one hand while carrying baby.

Safe and secure
Easy to use and install. It has a nice appearance and blended into our walls quite nicely. The kids were not able to open the gate but it was easy for me and my wife.

good solid gate
We've got two types of gates, and this one is by far the best one. You have to drill into the wall in order to secure the hinge side and the latch side, so you have to be comfortable in doing that to your walls. With the door latched, there is no way a toddler will be able to get past the gate. With the suction types, you have to put faith in the suction and the pressure against the wall.

Exactly what I needed
So easy to open and close, even when I carried my baby while she was sleep and with hand full. I am so happy with this product.
