A must in your tool box
These days every house will have GFI outlets all around (kitchen, outside walls, bathrooms, etc.),
It is highly recommended to test them regularly.
Keep your family and house safe, use this tester.

Great little tool
This tester is very useful when doing electrical repairs. After you are done wiring your receptacle, you just simply plug it in and it tells you if you have wired your receptacle correctly.

Excellent device with many applications
I've had one of these for more than 5 years. Use it to check circuits at home, cottage, while camping (for RV), etc. Excellent, versatile and very compact. I leave one in the car so I can help friends/relatives with their electrical issues. This one even has the tester for GFCI which isn't something that you can check with the other meters. Highly recommended!

Great outlet tester
Tools don't get any easier to use than this. The reference guide is right on the tool so when you check the outlet you can know immediately if there is an issue, and if so exactly what the issue is. I identified 2 potential dangerous wiring occurances in my home with this device.

handiest little thing
We bought a new house and this thing was a life saver. Very accurate but not complicated to use. Simply plug in, follow the legend and adjust the wiring accordingly. Awsome product

Every house SHOULD have
GFI receptacles can fail to function properly over time, and that can leave your family unprotected.
Every house should have 1 of these to test the function of the GFI at least once a year.
.
It also lets you check normal receptacles and could save you a lot of money over calling in a service call.
