When it works....
I bought this last year and accidentally left it out during a rain storm. This obviously is the weak point of the smoker. A smoker that is not all-season is mind-boggling. That being said, when it works, it is fantastic. Since I have about 400 bisquettes of wood, i'm now obliged to buy another one of these smokers or selling them at a heavy loss. I'll make sure to take better care of my second one

Very good smoker
I purchased this smoker early in the summer(2012). I have been experimenting with it for several months. I've done chicken, pork ribs, a whole turkey, pork chops, salmon and a several other things. So far I'm very impressed with the performance. It has been a bit of a learning curve but I'm very comfortable with it now. I mostly hot smoke with it and have found that often a couple of hours of smoke, and then leaving the food in for a few hours of slow cooking is perfect. You don't necessarily need 4-5 hours of smoke to achieve a nice smoky flavour. I cold smoked a turkey (3 hrs) for Thanksgiving followed by deep frying it (3 mins / lbs). The best turkey I've ever had. I often hot smoke meats for an hour or so and finish them up on the BBQ. This works great when you are limited for time. If you like smoked foods, this Bradley will not disappoint. The internet will provide you with an endless amount of ideas and support.

Great purchase
works awesome but like they say it is hard to cold smoke on a warm day.they also need to make 2 blank bisquettse from aluminum so you wont have to add 2 extra bisquettes to advance the last ones.Canadian tire should carry the cold smoke adapter to but over all this smoker works very very good.get the temp set right and walk away.don't forget to buy a meat thermometer so you are not guessing when your meat is done.

Smoking made simple
I've smoked many things on the BBQ but never considered a dedicated smoker until this year. I'm glad I did.
Pros:
bar fridge style cabinet with 4 racks
easy to clean
no need to refill wood
great product support
Cons:
Slide adjustment is not consistent
Wasted pucks during the smoking process.
Overall I would consider this a good buy. All the parts that I need to clean can be put in the dishwasher for easy maintenance. The fact that you don't have to deal with wood chip packets is a big advantage and the auto load pucks makes the process very simple. I haven't done the math but I would think using pucks is more expensive than wood chips but as mentioned the fact that you don't have to deal with constantly reloading to keep the smoke levels up is a huge benefit.
Couple of complaints is mainly the slide adjustment for temperature. It doesn't seem to provide any significant heat until you put it to the far right. I would prefer finer adjustment for this control but there are aftermarket products to solve this issue. There usually is one wasted puck in the process, the way the smoke generator is built it requires 2 pucks, in addition to all the pucks for the smoking process, in order to push the final puck onto the burner plate. There are aftermarket metal pucks you can get to save your wood biscuits but in my opinion Bradley should have included this in there package.

Happy Camper!
This smoker is very well built, easy to maintain and produces scrumptious food.
2 blemishes - Repeated attempts to smoke cold (below 100F) have faltered even during this cold summer. Some users mod the unit to locate the burner remotely. Bit of a palaver. I'll wait till the ambient temperature falls b4 trying that.
Wish CT would sell larger packs of the biscuits at discount - they are pricey.

What am I doing?
I love to cook outside, a Smoker was the next logical step. After reading reviews on multiple smoker types and brands I settled on the Bradley. Reason being, I have read that for those who have never smoked before, using a charcoal smoker can actually cause you so much frustration that it may turn you off smoking.
This unit is simple, easy to use and works very well. I am the problem, as I am yet to master the smoke. With time though, I expect that smoked food will become more and more common. Right now, I just make a mess of the food. overall though, the product is well built and deserves a good review. I would certainly suggest it to someone who wants to smoke food.

Way too easy
Not like any smoker I have ever used. Simple, easy, no mess, and a snap to clean. I'm used to a conventional smoker (looks like a train) but this Bradley is a pleasure to use. Bring it up to temp, put in the meat, turn on the smoke and once the temp has stabilized, walk away, you don't have to hover over it for hours. The smoke pucks are expensive, so get yourself some woodsaver pucks so your not wasting bisquettes.

Good Buy
I've used many kinds of smokers, but this one takes first place, I love it, I just wish the wife would let me fill the garage, I would be cooking non stop. Great product, makes life so much more simple, just put in your meats and forget about it.
